Grant County Humane Society is dedicated to responsible pet ownership and the prevention of pet overpopulation. We have partnered with Lake Regions Small Animal Center to offer the “Have Your Pet Spayed or Neutered” Program for Grant County Residents. Proof of residency is required.

This program has been created for responsible pet owners and caretakers with genuine need and who may not otherwise be able to afford to have a pet spayed/neutered.
Vouchers provide a 20% discount for Spay & Neuter Procedures at Lake Regions Small Animal Center in Elbow Lake, MN. The voucher is meant to reduce the cost of the procedure, but the owner will still be liable for any remaining balance and any additional fees incurred during their visit.
Vouchers are valid for 45 days from the date of approval. Due to the limited number of vouchers available and because they expire, we highly encourage you to schedule your pet’s surgery as soon as you receive application approval. A deposit for the procedure is required at the time of scheduling appointment with Lake Regions Small Animal Center. If unable to use the voucher within 45 days, please contact us at [email protected].
An application must be completed for each animal you are requesting a voucher. Completing an application does not guarantee approval for a voucher. Funding for this program is limited and provided from various grants and donations.
